question from Jessica : I have massive problems with downloading songs on my iPod nano! Assist? I have an iPod nano, and I do not know how to down load songs. I am itunes. and if I go there to get a tune itunes. Then I set my ipod in and it does nothing. it states “do not disconnect” and then states “Okay, Disconect” and absolutely nothing transpires. and now I desired to attempt once more. and now it does not permit me click on anything at all. she states “go / assist / ipod www.apple.com” and I went there, I do not know what to do. and how a thing seriously wrong. make sure you assist! ! thanks Ideal Reply:

reset your iPod (middle + menu buttons) (hold for five seconds)

Dont worry my sister has a new iPod nano only 3 months and the same happened to her … and it works fine now .. I think it should happen as the first new day .. Unfortunately this is not really an anwser but im jus saying this is normal.
